Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live in Singapore. We deliver to customers across Islandwide, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: 

• Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfilment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed. No cancellation of orders once orders are placed. 
  
  
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfilment center to the destination. 313Ventures delivery is only within Singapore. All orders are shipped by Ninja Van 3PL or J&T express. After processing and leaving our warehouse, items usually take between 2-5 business days to arrive at customer destination but may take slightly longer time for some scenarios.
